Jissen Dojos International

                                Training Curriculum

 

 

The martial arts curriculum of  Jissen Dojos International is based on the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu curriculum set by Soke, Hatsumi Sensei. For grading and rank assessment, students are to demonstrate a satisfactory level of proficiency in all modules of the curriculum for the particular rank assessed. Furthermore, a member who successfully passes the assessment will be awarded separate certificates indicating that they are competent in the rank awarded.  

 

Classes will generally incorporate some of the following:  

  • Junan Taiso (conditioning and flexibility exercises)
  • Ukemi injury prevention (rolling)
  • Sanshin no Kata
  • Kihon Happo
  • Taijutsu (advanced fighting scenarios from the different schools)
  • Henka (fight variations)
  • Hanbo-jutsu (stick fighting)
  • Tanto-jutsu (knife fighting)
  • Kenjutsu (sword fighting)
